Will one bank use another's appraisal?

Working with a bank- got the appraisal- at the 11th hour I've had YET ANOTHER lender completely change their story. To the tune of 15% LTV change and 1.5% like... between 9am and 5pm.

If I start with another lender can/will they use the appraisal we just had done?
