Hi All,

I have an opportunity to buy a 4plex way under market and there's serious potential for appreciation but I don't have the $115k to make the purchase. Are there people on BP really getting private loans from other members? If so where would be the best place to post about this?

No joke, a few days ago while walking the dog and listening to the BP podcast I found $3.00 on the ground.
