Can Canadians get FHA loans

Hello everybody I'm looking for some advice I'm Canadian and I currently own a couple of rental properties in the USA free and clear I was reading into some house hiking and I was wondering if Canadians can get an FHA loan? I'm considering moving to Florida and I was wondering if me being Canadian would have any affect on not allowing this to take place. I hope someone on BP can help me out. Thank you
