Checking recorded docs and calculating mortgage balances

When I go to the Deeds website for my area and I open the prospective owner's recorded Mortgages I cannot find any information regarding the Annual Interest Rate or APR. Does anyone know why this is? Salemdeeds.com is the website I am using.

I would like to know what interest rate the homeowner is paying so I can kind of get an idea of what the balance is. Of course if they are behind I will not know until speaking with them but it could be a help.

What do I have to do to get the Annual APR of someones Mortgage?
