Suggestions on Office Building Funding

We're purchasing a building that will house our headquarters. In need of $100k for the purchase until we receive investor funds of $10 million in July. Our offices will be here in West Palm Beach. Our research and development facility will be out in Southern Oregon. We are in the medical sciences and biosciences field...hence the investor committment in July. Needless to say open to negotiable terms and quick turnaround of repayment.
