Housing development start-up and app development inquiry

Hello,

My sister and I just started our for-profit housing development company ( LLC) but we haven't started generating money. Question: 1) is it possible for a newly formed company without experience obtain conventional financing to purchase first property through the business? 2) does anyone know of an app developer that is reasonably priced? We're in the beginning stages of development.
