Hey guys and gals, Quick question: I'm looking at purchasing 3 duplexes in my local area, would this still be classified as a conventional loan or commercial?

Most commercial guys won't do it. A local bank that you have a relationship might.

If you're a W2 person I'd try to finance with conventional loans.
