Line of Credit To Purchase Homes

Hello,

I would like to know. How does using a line of credit used to purchase single family homes?

For instance, could I ask the bank or credit union for a line of credit to purchase single family homes without down payments, but with a median credit score 620-650?
Are there programs I may qualify for in Houston, Texas, or Texas in general?

As @Ryan Murdock points out, a line of credit is normally secured.  I have a good relationship with a local bank ($m's in loans/deposits/transactions for several years).  They still give me "lines of credit" that are secured.

If you see a property you like, still best off doing some down with your own cash and HML/traditional financing the rest.
