Any recommendations on financing for this $2M fund
My colleague and I came up with a new SFR strategy and can potentially get $2M first round investment from friends and family. We want to leverage up, what kind of financing may we get? Any recommended bankers we should talk to?
We are located in CA, but the investment will be across the country depend on where we can find good deals.
