Improvement/Construction Loan in Los Angeles
Hi, I'm looking for banks/lenders who would do a $400,000 improvement/construction loan in the Los Angeles area. This is for adding another level on an existing duplex.
I called First Republic and our loan amount is below their threshold of $1m. I'll continue to call other local banks but thought I would see if anyone on BP has any leads.
