Hard money loans and lis pendens
I rented my investment property in California to some family members and one deviant member has clouded the title. They were successfully evicted by force and left me with 20k in damages. Will I have a problem qualifying for a hard money loan ANYWHERE? These repairs cannot wait. Is there a government program that I could qualify for or am I done for with this cloud?
