Peter Tom LLC Hard Money Lender

Does anyone have any experience with using Peter Tom LLC for HML. His rates seem very good, but i can't find any information on him to verify that he is an actual lender. At only 5% interest I would think that everyone would be using him, but oddly enough I can't find anyone who has used him before.

    @Kara Leboeuf Well, if it's an LLC it has to be on file somewhere. If it only *says* it's an LLC, run.
