Looking to finance an ADU in Los Angeles

Hello, 

New state rules allow  California homeowners  an easier time building small second dwellings, (granny flats, accessory dwelling unit) on their properties.  I am wondering if anyone knows any loans that specializes in this type of construction?  Or the best place to turn to?
