Aaron Harding is a Scammer!!
Aaron Harding who is a listed as a "PRO" member here on Bigger Pockets scammed us big time as a private money lender. I've contacted Bigger Pockets to remove his profile. Do NOT do business with this person!

It's easy to throw around those kinds of accusations, but it would be better to know whether it was more than sour grapes.
