Need help in Delaware
Hello everyone, how's it going
Just asking for some quick info
My sister lives in new castle co Delaware and had a home there worth well over 250 K however she's had some financial difficulties over the years and has 3 mortgages that all together total about 65/70 K I'm just wondering in anyone on here knows of lender that will be able to refinance to consolidate her loans to just one 15 year mortgage by just checking income and the equity that the property has, her credit score is the problem
She just want one payment and pay off all the other small loans before they become s problem! No foreclosure or anything going on now everything is up to date payment wise, thank you in advance
