Can lender call ranch loan in refinance if now exclude ranches

I bought a ranch near urban areas in the San Francisco Bay area in 1998.  Since then I have built equestrian facilities and built up a business there, turned a second permited home into two rentals that stay rented for extra income.  Two years ago we considered selling and invensting in non-rural multi-family property.  We changed our mind about selling at that time, but in the process learned that several eager buyers could not get financing because lenders were leary of properties over 10 acres, including the bank that currently carries our mortgage.  Our bank used to loan on rural properties but no longer.  Question:  If we applied to refinance with our lender, is there any possibility they could call our loan?  We have never been late on a payment, and have excellent credit.  Only question is the type of property.
