Looking for hard money or partner in fix/flip
I have a property identified for a fix and flip. Purchase price is $75k and reno estimated at $25k. Looking for about $90 in a loan or partner. The after reno value is estimated at $165k and current market value around $125k. It is a distressed sale with NO existing mortgage.
