Cash out refi help on rental
I recently purchased a SFH about 4 mo ago. I’m almost finished with rehab and plan to rent out. I want to pull out my cash invested in a mortgage. I’m in for $140k cash, no current loan, Home is worth $225k easy. Where should I go to get this type of loan?
