Hi

I am looking to do a cash out refi on 6 properties, can anyone tell me if I can put them all under one loan or do I need to keep individual mortgages on them.

Any help would be great and thanks for you help

Depends on the lender, depends on the properties, depends on your financial situation. Your best bet is to talk to local community banks/portfolio lenders - it's definitely possible to bundle multiple properties on the same loan in some circumstances.
