Getting a loan on my BRRR
When getting a loan on my property that has been rehabbed is it better to order my own appraisal or allow the bank to order the appraisal?

@Blaze Crook The bank is going to require you to get an appraisal and will not just use any appraisal you have done and apply it to the value of the home. The only thing you will accomplish by doing that is paying for two appraisals.
Don't overthink it. Just go through the normal process with the bank.
