Not Paying All Cash For An Investment Property
Hey everyone, so I've been looking around near me in westchester county New York for a multifamily property investment opportunity that I can get financed with a bank. Now every time I come across a deal, I can't get it if it's financed, cash only. So has anybody experienced this before? If so, how did you get around it? Is there not a way to get deals in or not even in my own area using this way? Let me know, is greatly appreciate it, thanks!
