Primary Mortgage for properties 5-10

Hi all,

I'm looking into purchasing another primary property using a conventional 30 year with 5% down.  This will bring me up to 4 mortgages.  The question I have is what do I do for the 5th property? I would like to continue purchasing properties as primaries with a 30 year conventional with 5% down but I know that many brokers have restrictions with properties 5-10.

Thanks,

Elizabeth

Should be relatively quick dialing for dollars. "Do you cap the number of financed properties I can have, if I am buying a primary residence?" -- yes/no answer. Call until you get a 'hit.'

@Jared Bouzek is in Colorado, may as well start with him.
