Lending/Refinancing from personal to LLC
Hello- apologies in advance if this question has been asked several times but I’m very new to this. Are there any lenders who will refi property from me personally into my LLC? My goal is to remove the existing mortgages from my personal credit into the LLC where we have landlord ins and an umbrella policy. I have proof the LLC/rentals are profitable. Thanks.
