Los Angeles area private new construction lending

Does anyone know any competitive small bank or private lenders in the greater Los Angeles area that do construction lending? I have spoke to a few private and small bank lenders and got some fairly competitive rates but would like to see what else is out there. I have a financial backer and an experienced GC as partners. Thanks!
