Lender Financing - HML Warehouse Lines
Hi BP community -
My partner and I are growing a successful HML business and are currently looking for additional sources of capital. Have any of you had positive experiences with some of the lender financiers out there? There are dozens to sift through, and when in doubt, consult BP! We're originating $2-3mm a month with a national platform, but focused in IL, CO, PA, TX and FL. If any of you know where to start or have similar experiences, please advise. I always appreciate the insights provided on the BP Forums.
