Need a 5th mortgage

How do I continue BRRRR if bank will not give me a 5th mortgage? I do own a property I purchased cash, but I’m not sure if I should flip it or find a lender who will give me a 5th mortgage.

Replied
Find another lender. Fannie allows a maximum of 10 per borrower. Or you could move into portfolio/commercial loans. There is no limit there.
