Getting financing in Indianapolis
Looking to buy single family property in Indianapolis area. Having trouble getting financing from few mortgage company’s already. Good credit, pay stubs have 20% cash to put down. But being that I’m from Hawaii and bought my first investment property here which is expensive also it’s not rented out yet. So my debit to income. Would any one have any advise on how I could still get financing from some hard money lender or anything ? Thank you
