2nd mortgage question

Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping for some guidance b/c I've called several mortgage companies and haven't been able to receive helpful info.  I have a second mortgage on an investment property and want to refinance it.  Seems to be difficult to do this and I can understand why, the loan would be for about 27K, the current rate is 6.7%, is this a good rate right now, should I just keep it and continue paying it down? Thanks in advance for any info!

Cristina
