NACA? 0 down no closing costs?
Has anybody used NACA before for financing? I am interested in purchasing a multi family property to house hack. I am not a first time home buyer so unfortunately I’m. It eligible for many of the down payment assistance programs. I’m aware of the low down payment options with FHA and the conventional 97. I stumbled across NACA that advertises 0 down and 0 closing costs. Does anybody have any experience with them?
