80% LTV Cash Out Refinance

Good afternoon, 

I'm looking for a bank that will offer 80% LTV for a cash out re-finance (30 year fixed) on a 3 unit multifamily, non-owner occupant. The property is located in Baltimore, MD. Please let me know if you are aware of anyone.

@Darien White Under conventional loan  70% is max cash out for 2-4 units.  Other option may avilabel under  commercial loan.
