Lender Offering Purchase Money HELOCs?
Does anyone know of a lender who offers a Purchase Money HELOC? It is an unusual arrangement in which the borrower does not currently own the residence serving as collateral. I've heard rumor of it's existence but haven't had any luck finding one in real life (and I've called at least 15 banks & credit unions). Ideally I'm looking for a lender in the Northern Colorado area but would appreciate any info on any institution which might offer this product.
