FHA LOAN FOR 3-4 UNIT?

Hello All! I have bought before using owner occupy FHA loans on duplexes and house hacked them In the past but I am getting some push back from the banks on using FHA owner occIpy for triplex. Does FHA owner occupy exists for 3-4 unit property and if so can you recomend a bank you had success wIth In past? Thanks in advance!
