Looking for 30-year loan in NC

I am about to put a property on contract and am starting to research financing options. The property will be in my LLC's name so that leaves out most of the larger banks. The community banks I have been to so far all amortize for only 15 years which does not give me much cashflow.

Does anyone know of a bank in North Carolina that will give a loan amortized for 30 years for a rental property to a LLC?

Hello Dan,

30 year fixed mortgages are available in asset based lending but the rates are 1-1.5% higher typically.
