Hi guys

Was wondering if any of you know are second mortgages still avalible. Either from a private lender or hard or traditional. All my lenders dont so seconds. The one that said he did had a flake for a lender. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Little bit on the deal so the house has a 280k first on it at like 2.5% so dont want to refi that, it is worth about 700k. Just wondering is it still a posibility?
