Referral for Blanket Mortgage

Hello BP,

I'm interested in 2 properties in Trenton NJ. A duplex for $54K and triplex for $89K, and are both cash flowing now. We have good credit,  25% down payment and my husband is a W2 earner. 

Does anyone have a recommendation of a bank that offers Blanket Mortgages?
