Refi a property from HML
I need some help. I have a property and have received a few rental request. I had it on the market for sale but it's not moving. Would like to keep it as a cash flow but currently have it with a HML. How do I go about this? I currently have it under my LLC how can I get it refinanced under my LLC into a traditional loan to pay off the HML?
