Cash Out Refinance ? Any reccomendations?
Have 1 complete fix and flip project and one nearly done but need to pull some equity out quickly so I have a few months to sell them. Both have hard money loans on them now about 50% LTV at current. Can anyone recommend a company to work with on this?
