Looking to refinance in Indianapolis

We purchased our fIrst single family rental property in Indianapolis back in February using money from our HELOC. I have been having trouble finding a bank to refinance it through, so we can pay back our HELOC. Most banks I have spoken with won’t refinance it either because it is owned by an LLC, or because the loan would only be around $50k. I am looking for suggestions for a bank in the Indianapolis area that does small loans for properties owned by an LLC. Also, please don’t suggest taking it out of the LLC just long enough to get the loan. My husband doesn’t feel comfortable doing it that way.
