Lender or Broker Recommendation?
Hi BiggerPocket family!
This is my first post since hopefully it's appropriate! I'm currently have a 1 primary and 6 investment properties across midwest. I'm running into the limit on # of fannie/mac conforming loans (I thought its 10 properties total, but apparently it caps at 6 investment prop).
Do you have any recommendation what I should going forward? Private lenders? Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated since I currently have a property in escrow! Thank you BP community.
