Hey BP!  I'm looking for someone who can help me with getting a note and mortgage created for a private lending deal in the state of Missouri (Buchanan County).  Does anyone have any recommendations?  A real estate attorney or company recommendation would be great.  Thanks!

Look up John Banjak, He is a real estate attorney in St. Louis. We've used him for private loans. Very good, and reasonable prices for whoever is flipping that bill (we paid it since we were the borrowers).
