I am in Georgia and want to buy multi family properties in TN and GA. I am just starting out and have been an Entrepreneur my whole life so don’t have the steady job. Haven’t owned a home for 10 years. Can’t pay cash but can cover down payment of 40k plus have reserves. Any ideas on loan companies? Thank you.
