Loans for 50k-75k Properties
My wife and I have built up a portfolio of low value houses (50k-75k) in NJ. We've bought all cash in an LLC and now would like to pull some equity out to purchase more. We're having a challenge finding a bank that will lend to the LLCs on these properties where the fees aren't excessive (relative to the loan value). Does anyone have any suggestions on a good lender to turn to OR a portfolio lender that would be a good fit? Thanks!
