How to get cash for Auction purchase
Hello,
I live in Washington state and am interested in purchasing a house via auction. I don’t have the cash up front so I’m wondering if there is a way around it. I am curious if it’s common to attempt to get private funding for the auction purchase and then refinance to a mortgage and pay off the private loan right away? Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated!
