I live in Southern California and I’m a fairly new Real Estate investor. I have 2 homes paid off in the Cleveland area and I’m looking to refi and use that money to scale my real estate investing to buy more homes. Does anyone have any recommendations for a Portfolio lender?

@Alex Sabio I do quite a bit of lending on Ohio investment properties but I’m curious what makes you so sure you need a portfolio lender?
