Private lending advice please
Looking for advice from those who have leveraged short term, private money loans from friends, family members or new partners. I have a deal where I need to cover about $20K more than I have right now for the down payment. So, I need only $20K for short term (6 months or less) and wondering what terms I should offer to make it a worthwhile deal for the lender and not overpaying either. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
