Hi guys,

Has anyone used Redfin Mortgage for small multi (2-4 units) before? It seems like they charge no origination fee and their rates are reasonable (Example: 30 year fixed at 5.5% with 25% down for a 170K investment property). Would really appreciate it if anyone can share their experience with them, thanks!
