Manufactured Homes looking for short term finance
Looking to find financing on manufactured homes in Perris, CA. I have two manufactured homes under contract to purchase at $60,000 each. We have two different vacant lots that are fully paid off where we will be installing them. Once installed on permanent foundation they will appraise for $250,000-300,000. We are in the process of refinancing another manufactured home we installed that appraised for $350,000 but it is taking a little bit longer than expected and we would like to proceed with the other purchases.
Short term 6 months to a year. If anybody knows where I can get financing for this that would be great!
