New investor looking for advice
I'm working on building a solid foundation. I have a good credit report, some money in the bank, but I'm also a doctoral student with the associated student loans. Those student loans are throwing off my ratios. So I increased the limits on my credit cards. What else can I do to find a loan? I'm seeing deals and being offered property, but have difficulty finding a loan with the student loans.
My goal is to do my first deal by myself.
