FHA Loan for 2 Duplex, separate parcels

Everybody knows you can use FHA loans to buy up to 4 units so long as you live in one for 1 year.

I am curious if anyone has anecdotes or advice for buying 2 duplex that are for sale, owned by same person, selling as a package with FHA financing
