Large Upfront Fee for Line of Credit Application?

We are looking to apply for a line of credit through Finance of America Commercial and have been told that we need to pay a non-refundable $750 fee upfront to review our application.  Has anyone done this before and if you have used FoAC, can you share with me your experience?
